1 General Provisions

kv444 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") operates an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and kv444.

These Terms apply to the kv444 website, mobile version and all related services. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2 Account Registration

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at kv444 is ৳300 (three hundred taka), and the same rule applies for each payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned.
• Deposit amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• kv444 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the conditions of an active bonus have not been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

kv444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which should be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (deposit + bonus).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified time period; it will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Withdrawing before the bonus conditions are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• A bonus will only be converted to real money after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• kv444 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer.

6.3 VIP Program

kv444's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with increasing benefits at each tier, up to a weekly 1.0% cashback at the highest Diamond tier. kv444 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

7 Betting and Game Rules

All bets at kv444 are placed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's log will be considered final.
• In sports betting, odds on live bets may change at any time.
• Placing combined bets on a single event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). kv444 follows independent testing standards to ensure fair play.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at kv444 and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts for one individual.
• Providing false information to obtain bonus benefits.
• Playing using software, bots or other automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Cheating or colluding with other players.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Making transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Issuing threats, using abusive language or engaging in harassing behaviour.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at Your Request

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Arrangements will be made for you to withdraw all withdrawable balances before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure by kv444

kv444 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Involvement in fraud or other illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. However, legitimate personal deposits will be returned.

10 Responsible Gaming

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
